Respondent has disallowed petitioner's claims for relief under section 722(b)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code of 19391 with respect to excess profits taxes for its fiscal years 1942 to 1946, inclusive. As a result thereof, and of other relatively minor adjustments, the following deficiencies have been determined:
