The suit was originally brought by Elijah Douglas against General Motors Acceptance Corporation to recover the amounts paid to respondent under a conditional sales contract note for the purchase and sale of an automobile, by reason of the alleged failure of the defendant to comply with the provisions of T.C.A. § 47-1302 in that it failed...
