This is a personal injury case instituted by appellant, Jay Hugh Lane, against appellee, Dallas Transit Company to recover damages resulting from an accident wherein appellee's bus struck appellant while he was crossing Commerce Street at the intersection of Commerce and Murphy Streets in the City of Dallas.
