Appellant, R. E. Harris, as agent for his wife, Sadie Harris, contracted to sell a large plantation to appellee, A. I. McCann. Later, a portion of the place, 640 acres, was sold to Harlen Wilson and wife for the price of $66,000, of which $10,000 was paid in cash and notes given for the balance of $56,000.
