This appeal is from a judgment in favor of appellee for damages resulting from injuries sustained by him while a guest in an automobile operated by appellant in a manner alleged by appellee to have been grossly negligent. Appellant tested the sufficiency of the proof to warrant a verdict for appellee at the completion of his case-in-chief and again after the final rest of the parties, and each of the motions was denied.
