The offense is the unlawful sale of whiskey in a dry area, with prior convictions for like offenses alleged for enhancement; the punishment, 18 months in jail and a fine of $1,500.

Agent Green of the Liquor Control Board testified that he purchased a bottle of whiskey from the appellant at appellant's residence on the day charged in the information.

The prior convictions were established.

The appellant did not testify...
