The Board found that respondent, which is engaged in interstate hauling of oil field supplies, violated Section 8(a) (1) and Section 8(a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act1 by certain acts committed at respondent's main office and terminal at Houston, Texas, and its pipeyard in Greens...
