This appeal arose out of the cancellation of a deed to farm land, executed without monetary consideration, on February 3, 1958, by one J.W. Prater, who, at that time, was approximately one month less than eighty-five years of age, and was apparently beset with feebleness and infirmities more or less common to men of that age. Previous to this time, Prater had been considered thrifty and a good farmer and shrewd trader. He had accumulated 400 acres...
