PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by County Attorney's True Information for the crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated and being a second offender (Section 321.281, 1958 Iowa Code, I.C.A.). Defendant's demurrer to the information was overruled and he elected to stand on the demurrer and declined to plead further under the provisions of Section 777.10. The District Court rendered final judgment of guilty as charged in the information with sentence accordingly...
