The Admiral Company, Inc., appellant, filed its action in the District Court to set aside as invalid a sale to appellee Thomas of premises described in the complaint. The sale was by appellees Scrivener and Crowell as trustees under a deed of trust securing a first trust note held by appellee Perpetual Building Association.
