Action for $25,000 damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in a collision between defendants' 1950 Buick automobile and a 1951 Ford ¾ ton pickup truck operated by plaintiff's son-in-law, Olen Kennon. Verdict and judgment were for defendants and plaintiff has appealed. Error is assigned on the admission of certain evidence and the giving of Instruction No. 6.
