The appellant filed suit against appellee in which it was sought to have a contract it had entered into with Galveston-Houston Breweries, Inc., its successors and assigns, declared to be in full force and effect with Falstaff Brewing Corporation, and to obtain specific enforcement of said contract. The contract covered the matter of wages and working conditions for machinists employed by Galveston-Houston Breweries, Inc., at the latter's brewery...
