Appellant was convicted of the possession of 132 gallons of non-tax-paid whiskey in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. §§ 5008.

At 5:15 a. m., March 5, 1958, Furman White, a Government informant, followed appellant through the streets of Atlanta, Georgia, to the alley where the liquor was stored.
