This is a suit for loss sustained by breach of an alleged oral contract. Plaintiff alleged that he was employed by the defendant and his wife to install plumbing, baths, toilets, and other associated fixtures in twenty-nine houses which were to be erected by the defendant in a new subdivision. Plaintiff did the installation and supplied the items on six of the houses but was not permitted to proceed...
