The Chancery Court of Jefferson County appointed Edward L. Wright trustee ad litem of a testamentary trust created under the will of Ben J. Altheimer, who was a resident of Jefferson County. Mr. Wright was appointed solely for the purpose of conducting pending litigation in which the testamentary trust was at the time involved. Charlotte Mills, Frank G. Bridges, Jr., and Leonard L.
