The appellants were separately indicted in two counts for violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1073, commonly known as the Fugitive Felon Act, in that each of them did (in the first count) "feloniously flee, move and travel in interstate commerce from the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, to the City of Florence, in the County of Florence, State of South Carolina, * * * with intent to avoid prosecution under the laws of the State of Minnesota...
