This is a bill in equity for partition of certain real estate and for an accounting of an alleged partnership interest in a hardware store. After a hearing in the superior court on bill, answer and proof a decree was entered granting the prayer for partition and denying and dismissing the bill for an accounting. The cause is here on the complainant's appeal from that part of the decree.
