This is an action by an employee of the F. & M. Schaefer Brewing Co. against a fellow employee, one Donald Roat, to recover for personal injuries suffered by reason of the latter's negligence. Both the plaintiff and Roat were employed as chauffeurs by Schaefer. The other defendant, John J. Casale, Inc., enters the picture by reason of the fact that it owns the trucks which the plaintiff...
