In 1955 Wisconsin Oil Refining Company entered into a contract with plaintiff, Henry G. Meigs, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Meigs"), to supply Meigs with asphalt of certain grades. Under the contract Meigs was to be sole distributor for the State of Wisconsin except for certain designated parts of the State.
