Action in equity to reform a warranty deed wherein defendant Thelma Shoemaker (third-party plaintiff) conveyed a certain 60-foot lot to plaintiffs. Defendant Shoemaker filed a third-party petition, the effect of which was to confess the allegations of plaintiffs' petition and to join with plaintiffs in seeking relief against defendants George M. and Nina M. Siglock. The effect of the pleadings was to also seek reformation of a deed given by defendants...
