This is an appeal by the City of Kansas City from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County to the effect that the City of Liberty has satisfied all the requirements of the Sawyers Act1 and may proceed in its steps to annex certain land in Clay County owned by defendant Dealers Transport Company over which Kansas City claims priority to annex.
