A jury's verdict established appellee's claim to damages as compensation for injuries due to a fall in the appellant's store. Appellant argues that the District Court erred in its failure to direct a verdict in favor of the appellant or, at least, in its denial of appellant's motion for judgment n. o. v. We must view the facts in the light most favorable to the appellee.
