This is a suit for damages under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq.). A judgment for $90,000 is found to be supported by the evidence and the case is affirmed upon remittitur of $30,000; otherwise, it will be reversed and remanded for new trial.
