The material facts in this matter are not in dispute and are, in part, set forth in Gray v. Gray, 320 Mich. 49. The appellee Laura B. Gray was married to Russell B. Gray in Pennsylvania in 1905. There was one child of the marriage, the appellee Mildred R. Thompson. Thereafter the parties moved to Detroit where Mr. Gray engaged in business with profitable results.
