This is a personal injury action brought by appellee, Nadeen A. Brown, against appellants, Greyhound Corporation and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, in the circuit court of Jefferson County. The case arises out of an accident which occurred on a public highway in Jefferson County about 25 miles north of Birmingham.
