In September, 1954 appellant, upon his plea of guilty to the crime of burglary, third degree, was sentenced in Genesee County Court to a prison term of 7½ to 20 years. At the time of the commission of this crime appellant was on parole from a previous sentence imposed in Monroe County in 1949 upon his conviction of a felony.
