This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a verdict for plaintiff in a negligence case. The accident occurred on October 22, 1954, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, when a vehicle, being driven by Fred McCoy, in a southward direction on Flowers Avenue, came in contact with the minor plaintiff, Dennis Rosche,1 causing a head injury to him which was permanent in nature.
