Oswald M. White was plaintiff in the trial court and claimant before the Industrial Commission. Lovisone and Colarelli, defendants in error, were owners of a coal mine.

Claimant, while loading coal on his truck at the mine, sustained injuries from electrical shock caused by a short circuit in the mine equipment. The final order of the Industrial Commission denied the claim made by White for benefits...
