The complaint charged that on February 3, 1959, the defendant violated Vehicle Code, section 502 (driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor). It further charged that on February 3, 1953, she was convicted of violating the same section. The prior was admitted and upon trial the defendant was convicted.
