PEARSON, Judge.

A final decree of dissolution of Fredcris, Incorporated, was entered on March 26, 1957 and a receiver was appointed pursuant to section 608.28, Fla. Stat., F.S.A. On April 8, 1958 the chancellor entered an order providing for the compensation of the receiver and his attorney. The portions of this order pertinent to this appeal are as follows:

"That the present better financial condition of the Corporation was obtained in spite of the hostile...
