This is an appeal in an action for damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident. The victim of the accident was Jerry Green (hereinafter called the deceased), the defendant in error's 16-year-old son, who died as a result of injuries he received when the 1937 Model Chevrolet pickup truck, he was driving, collided with a passenger bus belonging to the plaintiff in error, Oklahoma Transportation Company...
