This suit was brought by the Receiver of U. S. Trust and Guaranty Company, presently appellee C. H. Langdeau, against M. A. Bouknight, doing business as M. A. Bouknight Insurance Agency. The purpose of the suit was to recover judgment for $1,744.35 for premiums on insurance policies written by appellant under his agency contract with the company and to recover the sum of $1,963.34 unearned commissions on insurance sold by appellant, such commissions...
