Kenneth Haun was convicted of the rape of a female child under the age of 16 and sentenced to two years in the penitentiary. RSMo 1949 § 559.260, V.A.M.S. He here contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for judgment of acquittal at the close of all the evidence, in permitting the state to reopen its case, in the admission of evidence, and in the giving of an instruction.
