Upon trial in the St. Louis Court of Criminal Correction, George L. Chadeayne, appellant herein, was adjudged guilty of operating a tractor-trailer in the City of St. Louis in violation of the gross weight limitations of Laws 1957, p. 624, § 304.180 RSMo 1949, 1957 Supp., V.A.M.S., and sentenced to a fine of $100.
