This is an appeal from a judgment in an action for wrongful death brought by the heirs of the deceased. The action was based upon alleged negligence of defendant-appellant Hansen Pacific Lumber Company and two of its employees while logs were being unloaded from the decedent's truck. Trial by jury resulted in a judgment against the lumber company and it appeals.
