Petitioner was charged with having committed a crime within the meaning and purview of section 6804 (subd. 1, par. b) of the Education Law. In the Court of Special Sessions, City of New York, he pleaded guilty to an information charging him with selling barbiturate drugs without a prescription in violation of sections 6814 and 6823 of the Education Law, and was sentenced to six months in the workhouse, the execution of which was suspended.
