This is a petition for limitation of liability under 46 U.S.C.A. § 183 et seq. The petitioning corporation is the owner of the Demand, a fishing vessel 90 feet long, of some 135 gross tons. She was diesel-powered and, except for a small quantity in a safe place on deck, kept no gasoline on board.
