In this case, the defendant was convicted of the crimes of burglary, third degree, and grand larceny, second degree. The latter count was dismissed after the jury returned its verdict. Thereafter, the defendant was sentenced to a term of not less than 5 nor more than 10 years, at which time the trial court stated: "Under the circumstances and in view of the fact my report shows that this defendant does not make a very good adjustment, I see nothing left to do but to tell...
