The Court has today signed an injunctive order1 to which reference is made for a statement of the facts which gave rise to its issuance. The entry of the order was based upon the legal conclusions that the Court possessed the power to grant injunctive relief and that in the exercise of its discretion it should do so. The considerations upon which these legal conclusions were based are stated herein.
