This cause involves a claim made by R.C. Fuller, who was nominated as executor in the will of Andrew Jackson Lewis, for reimbursement of attorney's fees and other expenses incurred by him, totalling the sum of $1,314.14. This claim was excepted to by Herbert Charles Lewis, the adopted son and only heir and distributee of the decedent, Andrew Jackson Lewis, and by Grace Respass and Shirley Roaldson...
