This action was brought by Robert E. Clark, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, against Juanita Jean Hawkins, hereinafter referred to as defendant, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff while riding as a guest passenger in defendant's automobile.
