Defendant was charged with grand theft (of automobile) in Count I, and with violating section 503 of the Vehicle Code (driving automobile without consent of owner) in Count II. In a nonjury trial he was adjudged not guilty as to Count I, and guilty as to Count II. He appeals from the judgment.

Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the judgment.
