This is a suit by Forrest L. Miller against his father Floyd H. Miller for the establishment, dissolution and an accounting of the affairs of an alleged partnership in a Buick automobile agency in Creston, Iowa, which plaintiff pleaded was formed by oral agreement of the two persons, in 1930, and conducted business until April 1, 1954.
