We will refer to the parties as husband and wife. The husband filed a complaint for divorce in the district court on the grounds of extreme and repeated acts of cruelty. The wife denied the allegations of the complaint and affirmatively alleged in a cross complaint that the husband was guilty of extreme and repeated acts of cruelty toward her, and prayed that the court award her the decree of divorce.
