These were cross petitions in the Probate Court for decrees of living apart for justifiable cause under G.L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 209, § 32, as amended by St. 1938, c. 136. The husband has appealed from a decree on the wife's petition which specified cruel and abusive treatment, and ordered that the husband pay $25 a week for the wife's support, and from a decree dismissing the husband's petition, which alleged that the wife had left home and refused...
