These cases have resulted from a traffic accident that occurred in Berrien county on May 20, 1953, at approximately 10 o'clock in the forenoon. At the time plaintiff Donald Peden, then 17 years of age, was driving a Mercury car in a northerly direction on US-31, approximately 5 miles from Berrien Springs.
