PER CURIAM.

This case is before us on a Clerk's transcript. Defendant was indicted for the crime of incest, as defined under Section 704.1, 1954 Iowa Code, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to imprisonment in the Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison for a period not to exceed 25 years from which judgment he has appealed.

Finding no error in the record the judgment is affirmed.
