PER CURIAM.

This case is before us on a Clerk's transcript. Defendant pleaded guilty to forgery in violation of Section 718.1, 1954 Iowa Code, I.C.A. He was sentenced to an indeterminate period not to exceed 10 years in the Iowa State Penitentiary at Fort Madison from which judgment he has appealed.

Finding no error in the record the judgment is affirmed.
