I'ANSON, Justice.

Thomas E. Ampy recovered a judgment against William H. Tomlin in the amount of $500 for property damages to his automobile which was in a collision with an automobile owned by Ethel C. Tomlin and operated with her permission by her husband, William H. Tomlin. Execution was issued on the judgment and returned no effects.

This action was instituted by Ampy against Metropolitan Casualty Insurance...
