The appellant, David Alexander Blake, has been found guilty of an offense in connection with a check and sentenced to two years' imprisonment. The information upon which he was tried charged that Blake and Lenora Jones "with intent to cheat and defraud" the C. & O. Distributing Company obtained merchandise of the approximate value of $47 and money in the sum of $79 by means of a $125 check drawn by the appellant on the Mission State Bank...
